The BOC 25th silver jubilee celebration took place at the Chesterfield ground on Saturday 5th August 2006.

Helping to mark the special occasion was Anita Chapman MBE who was part of the Great Britain paralympic archery team which won gold in Athens 2004.

Many members attended and took part in an informal NATIONAL shoot.  A prize was awarded in each category for long bow, recurve and compound.

Anita and her husband Bernie both shot long bow on the day, in fact Bernie won the category.

Between shooting, members enjoyed a buffet and a toast to the next 25 years.

After the "serious" shooting, a fun shoot took place before the prizes were awarded.

Anita was awarded a gift as Lady Paramount to commemorate the occasion.

Further pictures may be viewed on the members section (for those with access).
